We managed to hang EVERY picture, the day before yesterday. Your packing was superb! Because of the blue stuff on the glass, I hardly had to clean them. I unwrapped the cups and saucers last night. They were perfect too! So was the tea set. So was everything. You do very good work!

We got back from our trip on October 28 and we picked up our shipment today on the 31st. Very easy all round and we just wanted to thank you for all your help, you were excellent and we'll certainly recommend you, if not use you again in the future!

Just for your info, the charges on the Sydney side was $240 AUD so all up we thought the price pretty cheap for the amount we sent. We also cleared customs and quarantine no problem.

A few days ago my cousins, Doug and Kathleen, brought you a lamp to pack. This was a gift from their parents to us and they wanted to get it safely back to the UK.
I thought you might like to know that the lamp survived the holds of two aircraft and the baggage handlers at Toronto, Amsterdam and Norwich. It was a miracle of packing and we are very grateful to you for the care you took. It is now sitting on the piano in our cottage in Norfolk, a treasured memento of our family in Canada.
